STEAM BEANCURD
This is the best beancurd (chinese silken tofu) recipe for me. It is so tender and so flavorful. The beancurd melts in the mouth with all of the seasonings and that's the way of enjoying beancurd.
INGREDIENT
1 Piece Beancurd (Chinese Silken Tofu)
1 Tablespoon Spring Onion
2 Tablespoon Makbest Crispy Chilli
½ Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Chicken Stock
100ml Water
Tips
Get your beancurd (silken tofu) out of the box without breaking. Use a small knife and separate the edges of the package. Take a plate and cover it over the package. Turn it over and then cut small holes in the two diagonal corners. Blow some air in, then the package can be removed easily.
COOKING STEP
1. Steam beancurd at high heat for 5 minutes. Remove from steamer, pour away excess water.
2. While beancurd is been steamed, add Makbest crispy chili on top of beancurd.
3. Next bring the seasoning mixture (Dark Soy Sauce, and Chicken Stock) in the wok to a boil. Then pour over the steamed beancurd and topping with Makbest Crispy Chilli. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
4. Serve hot with steam rice.
